About Anderson Commercial Concrete, Inc.
Anderson Commercial Concrete, Inc. was founded in 1974 by Ken Chumbley, Eldon Greiman, and Dennis “Hap” Anderson. At the time, Hap owned Anderson Companies and partnered with Ken and Eldon to establish a dedicated commercial concrete division—laying the foundation for what Anderson is today.
From the very beginning, Anderson built a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service. As the company grew, Ken brought his son, Bret Chumbley, into the business to assist with project management and estimating while Ken navigated health challenges. Bret quickly became instrumental in the company’s growth, expanding client relationships and helping transition Anderson into a leading commercial concrete contractor.
Under Bret’s leadership, Anderson successfully delivered large-scale projects for hospitals, schools, and major manufacturers—while maintaining a strong commitment to professionalism, safety, and client satisfaction.
In 2017, Kevin Chumbley joined Anderson full-time after completing trade school, college, and gaining valuable experience with other contractors. Kevin brought a new wave of innovation to the company, introducing modern technologies and processes that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and performance on every project.
Today, Kevin serves as President, carrying forward the legacy built by the generations before him and the many dedicated team members who have shaped Anderson over the years. Under his leadership, the company continues to evolve and specialize in roller-compacted concrete, foundations, floors, large-scale paving, decorative concrete, epoxy coatings, and industrial machine bases.
